We offer shipping countrywide!
We are also looking forward to shipping internationally within an affordable range. In the meantime, if you would like to know the cost to ship out of Malaysia, drop us a message and we will try our best to assist you with a shipping quote.
Q. When can I receive my order?
- In light of the current COVID-19 situation and various restrictions, delivery times may take longer than usual.
Here are the new delivery time frames for orders in Malaysia:
West Malaysia 5-8 Working Days East Malaysia 7-14 Working Days
Q. How much is shipping?
Flat rate shipping of RM10(WM)/RM20(EM) per order
Free shipping with minimum spend of RM100(WM)/RM250(EM)
All deliveries come with their own tracking number that can be used here.
* Please note that our office and warehouse are closed on public holidays (Malaysia). For orders placed on, or during the cut period of these dates, the processing time will be extended by at least 2 working days.
Q. Can I change my delivery information?
You won’t be able to change them once your order is placed but drop us a message and we’ll do whatever we can to help!
Q. How do I check my order/delivery status?
Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
With your tracking number, you can track it here.
Q. Help! I can't track my parcel! What do I do?
It takes the courier about 24 hours to update the status in the system. If you are still unable to track it after 24 hours, please contact us via WhatsApp, or drop us an email : email@example.com with subject title 'Can't Track Parcel'.
