Introduction
You must read these terms and conditions (the “T&Cs”) which govern your participation in The Charming Modes Sdn. Bhd. (the “Company”) Membership (the “Membership”) before you decide to join the Membership. By completing and signing the form for enrolment of Membership, you agree to the T&Cs and to provide accurate and complete information. The Company reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of the T&Cs at any time. Please check the “T&Cs” with us periodically for changes.
Membership Eligibility
You are eligible to apply for the Membership if you meet the following criteria:
(i) Attain the minimum age requirement of 18 years and above; and
(ii) Make a single purchase of RM150 or more in a single transaction in-store or online at https://www.viqsports.com (the “Website”) or opt to pay a one-time membership fee of RM30.

1. By joining the Membership, you consent to us collecting and using your personal information such as your name, birth date, email address, phone number and shipping/billing address to manage your account and to provide you with updates, marketing communications, promotions and offers.
2. Your personal information will be kept in confidential and only be shared with third parties which deemed to be necessary or appropriate such as our trusted partners and service providers who assist us in our business operations.
3. You have the right to limit in part or wholly the processing of your personal information and to withdraw consent at any time. When consent is withdrawn and communicated to us in writing, the Company will stop processing your personal information.
4. The Company reserves the right to update or modify its privacy policy at any time and you are advised to visit the Website for further information on the privacy policy. Any changes made by the Company regarding its privacy policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
Termination
If you are found to be in violation of the T&Cs, the Company reserves the right to terminate your Membership with or without prior notice. Upon termination, all accrued benefits, rewards and points associated with your Membership will be forfeited.
