Exchange & Refund Policy

1. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your item.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us for an exchange only. Refunds are not applicable unless stated under Section 3.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
- Accompanied by the original tags and proof of purchase
Size exchanges are limited to one (1) time per order and are subject to stock availability. If the requested size is unavailable, the exchange request may be declined.
Customers are encouraged to refer to the size chart before placing an order.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with size exchanges, including the cost of returning the item to us and the cost of shipping the replacement item.
If the exchange is due to our mistake (e.g. wrong item, size, colour, or a damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
In such cases, our team will provide a prepaid airway bill and instructions for drop-off at our appointed courier.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are only applicable when a valid error occurs on our part, such as:
- The item ordered is out of stock and cannot be replaced
- The item received is incorrect or defective, and a replacement is unavailable
Once verified, a refund will be processed via your original payment method.
4. Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept exchanges or refunds for the following:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Requests for a second size exchange after the initial exchange has been completed
- Items purchased during sale, clearance, promotional, or special campaign periods
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Customized, personalised, or made-to-order items, unless the item is defective or supplied incorrectly
