Exchange & Refund Policy
1. Exchange Eligibility
We offer exchanges within 7 days from the date you receive your item.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item to us for an exchange only, refunds are not applicable in this case.
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
- With original tags and proof of purchase
2. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs when sending items back for an exchange.
If the return is due to our mistake (e.g. wrong item, size, colour, or a damaged item), we will cover the return shipping.
In such cases, our team will provide you with a prepaid airway bill and instructions for drop-off at our appointed courier.
3. Refund Conditions
Refunds are only applicable when a valid error occurs on our part, such as:
- The item ordered is out of stock and cannot be replaced
- The item received is incorrect or defective, and a replacement is unavailable
Once verified, a refund will be processed via your original payment method.
4. Non-Exchangeable / Non-Refundable Items
We do not accept exchanges or refunds for reasons unrelated to product quality or order accuracy.
Examples include:
- Change of mind or preference
- Wrong size selection without product defect
- Items purchased during sale or clearance periods
