Shipping Policy
1. Delivery Areas
We deliver to locations within Malaysia unless otherwise stated. Shipping to overseas may incur additional charges and processing time, contact us for details.
2. Shipping Methods & Times
We offer standard shipping via our appointed courier partners. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location:
- 2-5 business days for West Malaysia
- 7-10 business days for East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak)
Please note that delivery times may be affected by external factors such as public holidays, peak periods, or courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
A flat rate of RM10 applies per order, regardless of location within Malaysia. We currently do not offer free shipping promotions — stay tuned for future updates.
4. Order Processing
Orders placed before 3:00 PM will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed on the following working day.
Processing excludes weekends and public holidays.
5. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email summary of your purchase. The system will automatically update you when your parcel is out for delivery and again once it has been successfully delivered.
6. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments
We endeavour to deliver orders on time. If your parcel is not received within 7 days after the expected delivery date, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier before proceeding with any refund or replacement.
7. Undeliverable Addresses
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect/insufficient address, refusal or non-collection, we reserve the right to charge a re-delivery fee or cancel the order and issue a refund minus shipping costs.
8. Changes & Returns of Shipping Terms
Our shipping policy may change from time to time. Any such changes will be posted on www.viqsports.com and become effective immediately for new orders.
