Find your perfect fit — measure once, move with confidence.
Measuring yourself is very easy, just get a measurement tape, pen & paper. Then, follow the instructions:

- Bust/Chest – Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits and across your shoulder blades.
- Waist – Measure around your natural waistline, near your belly button.

Hips – Measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
How to Read Our Size Charts
Tops, Singlets & Sports Bras

- Bust: Measured pit to pit (across the chest)
- Waist: The smallest part if it’s a long top
- Hem: The band at the bottom of the sports bra
- Length: From shoulder to hem/bottom of the top
- Sleeve Length: From shoulder seam to sleeve hem
Bottoms (Leggings, Pants, Skorts)

- Waist: Measured across the top of the waistband
- Hip: Around 8–9 inches below the waistband
- Length: From waistband to hem
TIP : We measure our products laid flat, in cm, before stretch. Allow ~2–3 cm for stretch (common for polyester-spandex or nylon-spandex blends).
