When will I receive my event t-shirt?

Your event t-shirt will be shipped to your registered address before the event date. Please ensure your address is correct at checkout.

Do I need to collect anything on event day?

No collection is required. Everything (except entry verification) will be handled in advance.

How do I enter the event?

Please present your order confirmation / e-ticket QR code at the registration counter for check-in.

Can I change my t-shirt size after purchase?

Size changes are subject to availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need an amendment.

Will there be any physical ticket sent?

No physical ticket will be issued. Entry is based on digital confirmation.
