Zumba Event Ticket Test

Each registered participant will receive:

The event is open to everyone aged 18 years and above. Whether you're a Zumba enthusiast or simply enjoy dancing, music, and an energetic atmosphere, you're welcome to join us!

Complete the online registration form and make the payment before the registration closing date. Your registration will be confirmed once your payment has been successfully verified.

Registration fees are strictly non-refundable. However, participant replacements may be allowed before the registration closing date, subject to approval by the organizing committee.

Collection Time: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM daily (Store closed on Mondays)

Yes. Please present a copy of the participant's registration confirmation (digital or printed) during collection.

Please note that participants who register on the event day will not receive their event T-shirt and race kit immediately. These items can be collected 3–5 working days after the event.

Participants are encouraged to wear the official event T-shirt, comfortable sportswear, and suitable sports shoes.

Yes. Parking will be available at or near the venue. Participants are encouraged to arrive early to secure a parking space.

Yes. You may select your preferred T-shirt size during registration. Please refer to the size chart carefully before confirming your selection, as T-shirt sizes cannot be changed once payment has been confirmed.

Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 30 minutes before the event begins to complete check-in, warm up, and avoid congestion.

There will also be refreshments, sponsor booths, and event activities for participants to enjoy before the session starts.

Please bring:

- Water bottle
- Small towel
- Personal medication (if required)

Yes. Facilities such as toilets and a portable prayer room will be available for participants.

A bag deposit area may be provided. However, participants are advised not to bring valuable items. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage.

Yes! Registered participants will be eligible to participate in our lucky draw during the event.

Yes. Official photographers and videographers will be present throughout the event.

By participating, you consent to the use of your photos and videos for promotional and marketing purposes. Please note that photos and videos will be captured candidly throughout the event and not individually for every participant.

Absolutely! The session is suitable for participants of all fitness levels, including beginners. Certified instructors will guide everyone throughout the session.

Participants with existing medical conditions are advised to consult a healthcare professional before joining the event and participate at their own discretion.

No. Once payment has been made, registrations cannot be cancelled and registration fees are non-refundable.

If the event is postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather or force majeure, participants will be notified through our official communication channels. Updates regarding rescheduling or other arrangements will be announced accordingly.

Yes. A participation e-certificate will be provided to registered participants upon successful completion of the event (if applicable).
